Our little steak shop in Wildwood New Jersey is dedicated to freshness and quality locally grown ingredients.
Our owner long time Chef who was born and raised in the Philadelphia/Southern New Jersey area saw a need for a quality sandwich that would surpass the ones he grew up with and match the old homestyle sandwiches that no longer exist.
Our establishment only uses natural beef top round sirloin that is butchered, tenderized and sliced fresh in house. We only use local produce and top quality cheese.
The method of shipping and reheating is very simple we make the sandwich to your specifications let it cool to room temperature wrap it in plastic wrap freeze it overnite then pack it in our special isulated packaging and ship it to your door as soon as we can at a moderate shipping price.
Shipping prices will be quoted over the phone when you place your order.
Reheating is very simple our sandwiches are cut in half you unwrap one of the halves wrap it in a single piece of paper towel and place it in the microwave for 1 minute if it does not heat al the way through please give it another 30 seconds at a time. We say this because some microwaves vary. Please be carefull of steam and heat coming off the sandwich when you remove it from the microwave oven with hand protection. Then Enjoy!
